These terms govern your use of KELP, operated by KELP Farms Co.

2. The service

KELP operates open-ocean seaweed farms and publishes telemetry from them. The open data feed is provided as-is, without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.

3. Safety notice

Farming is a working ocean operation. Do not approach lines, buoys, or vessels without permission. The open data feed is not navigational advice.
